Kuala Lumpur., Yesterday the 9th of March 2024 we were taken by our eldest daughter(Dr.Ruszy) and her husband(Dr.Amin) to go and see the place their new project, a coffee shop is been planned at an outlet in Bandar Tun Razak in Cheras The outlet is called Diastole Cafe and managed by their eldest son Anwar. It is planned to be opened on June 1st 2024 In Sya Allah. Alhamdulillah.  

We move to KL in 1972. Bought a house in Ampang Jaya and have live there eversince. During the 51 years without realising we have been hoarding things that are of no use to us.Just imagine you buy things or given by friends which are of use for a given time, like gifts or electrical appliances and souvenir that you like and books that you have read, eventually it gather dust but you keep it anyway. Then overtime you forget about it. Suddenly you realised its been accumulated for 51 years. Not only it occupied space but it became clutters that are unhealthy to live with. I believe I got mentally sick because of it. I then got rids of it all by giving it to friends  or throw many bags as trashed.  Now I  felt real good and as healthy. And happy as well. Alhamdulillah. 

This morning just at 9 am I start my morning walk instead of in the  afternoon..the weather was beautiful with clear blue sky. I walk a few metres and stop at the park.  I found  a seat and sat down enjoying the morning sun. It felt really good. I saw a lone bird looking for food, perking at the green grass. Then I saw a pair of Mima bird looking for food. They say this bird paired for life. The morning sun brings all the birds to the ground. A beautiful sight to watch and wonder. Alhamdulillah. A car just parked near the roadside.and a man got out to put his trash into the trashbin. Such a good gesture indeed.
