The area where this well landscaped park was once a
disused mining pool. For not less than thirty years I passed this unkempt
and unsightly old pool on the way to and fro work. Then a few
years ago the City Hall of Kuala Lumpur decided to turn it into a public park. It
now have jogging track and other amenities for public uses. Folks from near
and afar would go there to do daily exercise or just to while their time
away with family in a cool atmosphere of the greens surrounding. Asmah and I
too frequent this place to do our exercise to keep us as healthy. At time I
would go there to do photography of the flora and fauna. On a bright day one
would be able to see a panoramic view of the city of Kuala Lumpur. Above are
