1- I love to move around and visit places just for the hang of it or to do photography but now that I am not able to drive far I had to depend on the public transport and my kids. As we all are aware the kids have their own life to live and it not fair to ask them for help all the times. So using the public transport is my best choice. Over the months I have to reset my mindset to adept to the new culture of moving around beyond my home base. I believe now I am all set to go on an adventure using the public transport like the plane, train. bus, taxi to move from A to B to C and so on. Just like trying to learn to walk again eh! Life in the golden years!

2- You call a friend on their cellphone phone and the respond was Siapa ini or Who is this. That mean that person did not registered your number in their phone. It shows your friendship is not treasured. So I immediately deleted the contact. Habis cerita.

Diastole Cafe

Kuala Lumpur., Yesterday the 9th of March 2024 we were taken by our eldest daughter(Dr.Ruszy) and her husband(Dr.Amin) to go and see the place their new project, a coffee shop is been planned at an outlet in Bandar Tun Razak in Cheras The outlet is called Diastole Cafe and managed by their eldest son Anwar. It is planned to be opened on June 1st 2024 In Sya Allah. Alhamdulillah.

Ikan Singgang....

Ikan Singgang is one traditional Malay dish that is simple to do. Yet it is not only delicious but nutritious as well. Its one dish that you can find in the Malay world, perhaps call by other names, nevertheless it is still Ikan Singgang. It is the creation of our ancestors where fish have always been their main protein source; sort of the wisdom of the old. A wise creation indeed and because of it we still kept enjoying it I have always love Ikan Singgang especially when Ikan Aya [Tuna fish] is use but it always taste as good even with other fish like Tenggiri or Kerisi. When making this simple dish one herb/spice that is a must is Lengkuas [Galangal] for without it the Singgang is not complete. The above image of Ikan Singgang is made with Ikan Tenggiri. Delicious as usual. Taken with steamy white rice and Budu [Anchovies sauce] or Sambal Belacan [Shrimp sauce] it is heaven already. The Sunrise at Teluk Cempedak...

We were in Kuantan for a short holiday. As usual I always take the time to watch the sunrise at Teluk Cempedak; a beach that I call my own. I grew up playing on that sandy beach from the age of seven years old and I felt in love with the sea. So going to that beach is a ritual that I never missed to do whenever I am in Kuantan. Early that Saturday morning of September 3, 2016 I woke early and with my nephew driving we left for the beach at around 6.30am. According to the data I had the sun would rise at Teluk Cempedak at 7.01am that morning. When we arrived at the beach there were already others there waiting for the sun to rise. I had brought my latest camera the Canon EOS M10 with me. It is a Mirrorless camera, the new new generation of the DSLR. It is much smaller than the DSLR and have interchangeable lens. As soon as I got there I walk along the beach and enjoy the freshness of the morning air. Yonder at the horizon I could see some light as the the sun makes it
