A Lucid Dream...

The night of October 5, 2019 I had a lucid dream or sort of an astral trip. It cannot be a just a dream since even at this time at 6.56pm October 6, 2019 some twenty four hours later I still could remember vividly what happens during that trip. Had it been a dream I would not be able to remember of what happened in that dream a few minutes after I woke up. This is what happens in that beautiful dream... I just got a new Sport Car, an off white BMW, a flashy car. As I was about to get into the car an elderly man [deceased] the father of my friend Halim want to have a look at the boot of the the car. I open it not by a Remote Control but just by my thought. He saw the exclusive boot space, happy and then left. I closed the boot, got into the car and start driving it. I felt real good with the luxurious interior space and the comfort of the driver's bucket seat. As I was about to move on another car stop by and a gorgeous woman came out, on seeing my car looks at me and smile. I smile back, then I woke up. I felt so good. What a beautiful trip. Had it been just a dream I would not have remembered the happening as vivid. Anyway forty years ago I had the Mazda RX 7, the Sport Car of that period using a rotary engine. I was then just forty years old and took to the car just like fish to the water. It soon became an extension of myself but my spouse never like it although she love to be driven in it. After having a good time with that Sport Car for one and half years I had enough of it and sold it off with fond memories and continue to drive the other car a Volvo 244.  Hey! folks life continue to be as beautiful even while one sleep. Alhamdulillah. My two cents!

Have a nice day.

Ikan Singgang....

Ikan Singgang is  one traditional Malay dish that is simple to do. Yet it is not only delicious but nutritious as well. Its one dish that you can find in the Malay world, perhaps call by other names, nevertheless it is still Ikan Singgang. It is the creation of our ancestors where fish have always been their main protein source; sort of the wisdom of the old. A wise creation indeed and because of it we still kept enjoying it  I have always love Ikan Singgang especially when Ikan Aya [Tuna fish] is use but it always taste as good even with other fish like Tenggiri or Kerisi. When making this simple dish one herb/spice that is a must is Lengkuas [Galangal] for without it the Singgang is not complete. The above image of Ikan Singgang is made with Ikan Tenggiri. Delicious as usual. Taken with steamy white rice and Budu [Anchovies sauce] or Sambal Belacan [Shrimp sauce] it is heaven already.  I posted that image on Facebook and below are two informative comments made th...

The Sunrise at Teluk Cempedak...

We were in Kuantan for a short holiday. As usual I always take the time to watch the sunrise at Teluk Cempedak; a beach that I call my own. I grew up playing on that sandy beach from the age of seven years old and I felt in love with the sea. So going to that beach is a ritual that I never missed to do whenever I am in Kuantan.  Early that Saturday morning of September 3, 2016 I woke early and with my nephew driving we left for the beach at around 6.30am. According to the data I had the sun would rise at Teluk Cempedak at 7.01am that morning. When we arrived at the beach there were already others there waiting for the sun to rise. I had brought my latest camera the Canon EOS M10 with me. It is a Mirrorless camera, the new new generation of the DSLR. It is much smaller than the DSLR and have interchangeable lens. As soon as I got there I walk along the beach and enjoy the freshness of the morning air. Yonder at the horizon I could see some light as the the sun make...
