Respecting the Plants...

I have always love the plants. During my childhood my playground was the bushes under the Rubber trees in the vicinity of the house. The bushes was my dream world and it was there I learn the names of plants and it uses in the traditional Malay society. At that time it was just a fun place to play with relatives and friends, nothing more and yet to understand the real value of the specie Plant. As I grow up and have more knowledge I slowly began to understand the power of the plants and it relationship of the survival of the other species on planet earth. We all need energy to survive on planet earth and that energy come from the Sun. The only specie that could convert the sun's energy into foods is the Plant. Without the plants all other species could not survived on this planet. And of course without the plants there would be no oxygen that is vital to our survival. Our specie now takes all kind of meat other that vegetable to get the sun's energy. By taking meat mean that we get the energy from a second-hand source. Remember the animals first have to eat the plant in order to get the energy from sun. It is ridiculous for our specie to go to the third party to get our energy when we could easily get it from the second party; the plants. We can get all the nutrition we need to live a healthy life if we just consume vegetable. I am trying to do just that slowly, one step a time. Now we consume less meat. We now take mostly white meats and vegetable and hope in due course we could do away with meat all together. So folks do give due respect to the plant that give so much to enable all to live a beautiful life on this planet.

Have a nice day.

Aziela, thanks for the visit. I am in the best of health at this age and enjoying the Buka Puasa with the kids and grand kids.

Well Asmah my spouse have given up taking Red Meat a long time ago and it look like she is as healthy as ever. We are both of the same age but to me she is healthier than me. It would be good if we go Vege all the way since it healthier and have no side effect. Remember in those days we only take Red Meat and Chicken at time of festival. Most of our diet are of Fish and vegetables. It does kept our ancestor as healthy.

As for the Blog roll I am having the same problem; I seem not able to add new Blog. I believe there is some glitch in the software of the tool. I have complain to Blogger and hope it would be rectified soon. In the mean time just Bookmarked it for easy reference.

Have a nice day.

Halwa Maskat...

The Sunrise at Teluk Cempedak...

We were in Kuantan for a short holiday. As usual I always take the time to watch the sunrise at Teluk Cempedak; a beach that I call my own. I grew up playing on that sandy beach from the age of seven years old and I felt in love with the sea. So going to that beach is a ritual that I never missed to do whenever I am in Kuantan.  Early that Saturday morning of September 3, 2016 I woke early and with my nephew driving we left for the beach at around 6.30am. According to the data I had the sun would rise at Teluk Cempedak at 7.01am that morning. When we arrived at the beach there were already others there waiting for the sun to rise. I had brought my latest camera the Canon EOS M10 with me. It is a Mirrorless camera, the new new generation of the DSLR. It is much smaller than the DSLR and have interchangeable lens. As soon as I got there I walk along the beach and enjoy the freshness of the morning air. Yonder at the horizon I could see some light as the the sun makes it
